▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Reusable feeder envelope comprises 8-10 pts. wt. phospholipid, 9-11 pts. wt. polyisobutylene, 10-20 pts. wt. tetrabutyl titanate, 14-16 pts. wt. liquid polybutene, 20-30 pts. wt. glass fiber, 30-70 pts. wt. magnesium hydroxide, 40-60 pts. wt. softening agent, 80-100 pts. wt. butyl rubber, 80-100 pts. wt. tackifier, 120-125 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 200-300 pts. wt. filler, 200-300 pts. wt. modified carbonized rice husk powder and 200-300 pts. wt. graphene oxide, the softening agent is sulfonated fish oil or sulfonated castor oil, the phospholipid is a sphingomyelin, the filler is kaolin, diatomaceous earth or talc, the tackifier is a silicone tackifier and the silicon content is not less than 3%. USE - The envelope is useful for encapsulating feeder (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The feeder enveloping body adopts winding principle to solve the problem of the shape, the material can be kept for a long time and is soft, which solves the problem of short storage time of the scheme 4, if the joint is repaired the winding can be peeled off and reshaped for use without affecting performance and cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) fabricating the reusable feeder envelope comprising (i) taking the above mentioned raw materials, (ii) using butyl rubber made into a rubber mixing machine to obtain butyl plastic compound, (iii) kneading the above-mentioned butyl plastic compound, tackifier, glass fiber, softener, filler, modified carbonized rice hull powder, graphene oxide, tetrabutyl titanate and phospholipids for 60-80 minutes, (iv) adding liquid polybutene, polyisobutylene, aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide into kneader for kneading for 30-40 minutes until the kneading surface is smooth and there is no residual liquid in the kneading chamber, and (v) adding kneaded pressure in the step (iv) into an extruder for extrusion, and packing; and (2) encapsulating feeder comprising (1) connecting a feeder to a bit, (2) taking out the packaged package and adding it into a sheet, (3) wrapping the pinched package body at the feeder joint, and gripping the palm until the package body is compacted on the feeder joint after the winding is completed, and (4) wounding the package body with a vulcanized tape.
