▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Electrochemical sensor based on vertical graphene comprises interdigitated working microelectrodes, modified with vertical graphene decorated with gold nanoparticles, a reference electrode and an auxiliary electrode, in which the decoration with gold nanoparticles of the working electrodes is carried out by covalent immobilization of gold nanoparticles on the graphene surface after the surface silanization in aqueous solution of (3-aminopropyl) triethoxysilane (APTES), where the gold nanoparticles are attached by electrostatic interactions between the negative electric charge of the gold nanoparticles and positive electric charge of the amino group of APTES structure, followed by a specific immobilization step of epithelial cellular adhesion molecule antibodies on the surface of gold nanoparticles, to facilitate the detection of circulating tumor cells by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Two colon adenocarcinoma cell lines are used for the detection of circulating tumor cells. USE - The electrochemical sensor based on vertical graphene is useful for detecting circulating tumor cells by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. ADVANTAGE - None given.
