NOVELTY - Anti-doodling powder coating composition comprises 45-50 pts. wt. organic silicon modified polyester resin, 28-30 pts. wt. hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester, 12-22 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. benzoin, 0.1-1 pt. wt. defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. flatting agent, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. wetting agent, 10-20 pts. wt. filler, 3-5 pt. wt. silane coupling agent and 0-10 pts. wt. pigment, where the silicon content in the organic silicon modified polyester resin accounts for 1.5-5 wt.% organic silicon modified polyester resin. USE - The composition is used in furniture and information technology (IT) industries. ADVANTAGE - The composition increases the glossiness of the coating layer formed by the powder coating composition by adding organic silicon modified polyester resin, is compounded with the hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester and epoxy resin, effectively improves the impact resistance of coating layer, heat resistance and anti-graffiti ability, improves the curing and promoting effect of powder coating system, has improved self-cleaning ability of coating and improves mechanical properties of the coating significantly without sacrificing other properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the anti-doodling powder coating composition comprising mixing the hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester, the filler and the silane coupling agent, and stirring at 500-800 rpm for 20-30 minutes to obtain a mixture (A), adding the organic silicon modified polyester resin, epoxy resin, benzoin, flatting agent and wetting agent to the mixture (A), and stirring at 800-1000 rpm for 10-30 minutes to obtain a mixture (B), adding a defoaming agent and pigment to the mixture (B), and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture (C), and performing melt extrusion treatment, grinding treatment and screening treatment on the mixture C to obtain the product.
