▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Magnetic solid phase extraction (MSPE) combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) to measure bactericide residue in fruit juice, comprises (1) fabricating magnetic solid phase extraction rod, (2) synthesizing of ammonia-iron oxide-graphene oxide (NH2-Fe3O4-GO) magnetic material powder, (3) performing sample collection and processing, (4) performing GC-MS/MS, (5) preparing graphene oxide by improved Hummers method, and drying graphene oxide, ultrasonicating in deionized water to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, ultrasonically dispersing 100 mg iron oxide nanoparticles and in 20 ml ethanol for 10 minutes, adding 80 ml ethanol-water (v/v, 1: 1), continue to sonicate for 20 minutes, adding 1 mL of (3-Aminopropyl)triethoxysilane, and reacting at 120℃ for 7 hours, vacuum freeze-drying, dissolving NH2-Fe3O4 particles into phosphate buffer saline solution of pH = 9, and preparing magnetic graphene oxide powder. USE - The method is useful for magnetic solid phase extraction combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry to measure bactericide residue in fruit juice. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation, high sensitivity, good repeatability and small organic reagent consumption, qualitative and quantitative analysis of the satisfy the fresh juice.
