NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene thermally conductive material comprises mixing urea and ammonium chloride, calcining to obtain porous carbon nitride, heating and mixing with graphene oxide solution, mixing with single-walled carbon nanotubes after acid treatment with a silane coupling agent, reducing, stirring and mixing, and hot pressing with polypropylene resin to obtain final product. USE - The heat-conducting material is useful for graphene used for preparing electronic material of radiating component used in electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The method provides modified heat-conducting material with excellent heat conducting and radiating performance, and good radiating effect, and has wide application prospect.
