NOVELTY - Graphene antistatic and anti-corrosive paint, comprises component A and component B. The component A comprises 20-40 pts. wt. fluorocarbon resin, 0.3-1.5 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.3-1 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-2 pts. wt. wetting agent, 10-30 pts. wt. solvent, 0.4-2.5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 7-15 pts. wt. white carbon black, 0.5-3 pts. wt. modified graphene and 20-35 pts. wt. nano-material. The component B is aliphatic polyisocyanate, where the adding amount of the component B is 15-30 wt.% of the fluorocarbon resin. USE - Used as graphene antistatic and anti-corrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has salt spray resistance of more than 1500 h, paint film hardness of as high as 3 H, and surface resistance of 108Omega. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene antistatic and anti-corrosive paint, comprising (1) mixing white carbon black, modified graphene and nano-material to obtain first mixed material, (2) mixing dispersant, wetting agent, coupling agent and solvent, adding first mixed material, mixing and ball milling to obtain second mixed material, and (3) mixing fluorocarbon resin, leveling agent, antifoaming agent and second mixed material to obtain component A. The use method of the graphene anti-static and anti-corrosive paint comprises mixing the component A and component B to obtain graphene anti-static and anti-corrosive paint.
