▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene nano-porous film comprises: (i) thermally reducing graphene oxide to obtain hydrogen-terminated graphene oxide (HTGO), and orderly oxidizing HTGO by manganese(II) sulfate and hydrogen peroxide to obtain few-layer graphene oxide (FLGO); (ii) respectively preparing FLGO and graphene oxide slurry into dispersion liquid, and ultrasonically mixing dispersion liquids to obtain mixed solution; where the mass ratio of FLGO to graphene oxide in mixed solution is 1-7:1; and (iii) adding de-ionized water into mixed solution, ultrasonically processing for 10 minutes, and vacuum pumping and filtering. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene nano-porous film, which is useful for textile spinning, medicine, and sewage treatment (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene nano-porous film has high dye removing rate and high water flux, and has thickness of 0.218-1.09 mu m.
