NOVELTY - Polymer nanomaterial includes 40-50 wt.% hydroxyl-terminated epoxy resin, 10-20 wt.% low-molecular polyamide, 15-50 wt.% polyvinyl alcohol 25 wt.%, 1-5 wt.% curing agent, 1-5 wt.% curing accelerator, 1-10 wt.% modified filler, and 10-30 wt.% metal powder. USE - Polymer nanomaterial for repairing metal parts. ADVANTAGE - The macromolecule nano material is applied in repairing process of metal piece after corrosion, prolonging the service life of the metal piece. It can increase the mechanical strength piece corrosion part, impact resistance, water resistance, acid and alkali resistance and so on, and the elongation at break and tensile strength of the polymer nano material are also improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing macromolecular nanomaterial, which involves taking hydroxyl-terminated modified epoxy resin, low-molecular-weight polyamide, and polyvinyl alcohol in proportion, mixing uniformly at a low speed at 80℃ in a water bath, adding metal powder compounded by graphene sheets to form a mixed solution, adding the modified filler, the curing agent, and the curing accelerator into the mixed solution under stirring at a high speed to obtain the polymer nanomaterial.
