▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A halogen-free flame-retardant silane aqueous paint comprises 70-90 pts. wt. tridecafluorooctyltrimethoxysilane, 10-20 pts. wt. alumina-modified graphene oxide flame retardant, 10-20 pts. wt. emulsifier, 20-30 pts. wt. hydrotalcite, 1-10 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-10 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.01-5 pts. wt. reinforcing agent, 0.1-5 pts. wt. inorganic pigment, and 150-220 pts. wt. deionized water. The emulsifier is polyvinylbenzenesulfonic acid, sodium polyvinylbenzenesulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dodecylsulfonate, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide, and/or sodium dioctylsulfosuccinate. The inorganic pigment is titanium white, chromium yellow, iron blue, cadmium red, cadmium yellow, lithopone, carbon black, ferric oxide, and/or iron oxide yellow. USE - Halogen-free flame-retardant silane aqueous paint is used for protecting building materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The halogen-free flame-retardant silane aqueous paint does not cause secondary pollution when combusted, has excellent elasticity, toughness, wear resistance, low/high-temperature resistance, waterproof property, resistance to various media, UV resistance, and radiation resistance, and suitable viscosity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A halogen-free flame-retardant silane aqueous paint comprises 70-90 pts. wt. tridecafluorooctyltrimethoxysilane, 10-20 pts. wt. alumina-modified graphene oxide flame retardant, 10-20 pts. wt. emulsifier, 20-30 pts. wt. hydrotalcite, 1-10 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-10 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.01-5 pts. wt. reinforcing agent, 0.1-5 pts. wt. inorganic pigment, and 150-220 pts. wt. deionized water. The emulsifier is polyvinylbenzenesulfonic acid, sodium polyvinylbenzenesulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dodecylsulfonate, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide, and/or sodium dioctylsulfosuccinate. The inorganic pigment is titanium white, chromium yellow, iron blue, cadmium red, cadmium yellow, lithopone, carbon black, ferric oxide, and/or iron oxide yellow. The coupling agent is KH-550 (RTM: 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane), KH-560 (RTM: 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane), KH-570 (RTM: 3-methacryloyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane), KH-792 (RTM: (3-(2-aminoethyl)aminopropyl)trimethoxysilane), DL-602 (RTM: N-( beta -aminoethyl)- gamma -aminopropylmethyldiethoxysilane), and/or DL-171 (RTM: silane coupling agent). The dispersant is liquid paraffin, microcrystalline wax, barium stearate, zinc stearate, calcium stearate, cadmium stearate, magnesium stearate, copper stearate, polyethylene glycol 200, and/or polyethylene glycol 400. The reinforcing agent is silicon carbide fiber, nano titanium carbide, ceramic powder, 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride, polyacrylamide, polyvinylamine, carboxymethyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, sodium polyacrylate, sodium caseinate, hydroxyapatite, and/or sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the paint, which involves adding tridecafluorooctyltrimethoxysilane to a reactor, stirring, adding 1/2 the amount of deionized water and emulsifier, ultrasonically processing for 30 minutes at 400-600 W, and stirring and reacting for 4-6 hours at room temperature open to obtain emulsion (A), heating alumina-modified graphene oxide flame retardant, hydrotalcite, coupling agent, dispersant, reinforcing agent, and remaining deionized water in a water bath at 30-50 degrees C, stirring for 3-4 hours, cooling, discharging, adding inorganic pigment, mixing to obtain component (B), and mixing emulsion (A) and component (B) in an electronic stirrer.
