NOVELTY - A high efficiency antifoaming agent comprises 20-50 pts. wt. silicone oil, 4-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-6 pts. wt. hydrophobic white carbon, 2-6 pts. wt. emulsifier, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. bactericide, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. thickener, 1-5 pts. wt. surfactant and 50-80 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - High efficiency antifoaming agent. ADVANTAGE - The method enables providing a high-efficiency defoaming agent in simple, safe and reasonable manner at low cost with reasonable distribution ratio, not only has the characteristics of fast defoaming, stability, low surface tension, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, hydrophilicity and is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, low degradation, high stability, low production cost and better economic benefit, short production cycle, small equipment investment and can be prepared for large-scale preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a high efficiency antifoaming agent, weighing 20-50 pts. wt. silicone oil, 4-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-6 pts. wt. hydrophobic white carbon, 2-6 pts. wt. emulsifier, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. bactericide, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. thickener, 1-5 pts. wt. surfactant and 50-80 pts. wt. deionized water, mixing 1/3 mass of silicone oil and hydrophobic white carbon black, stirring at 80-90 degrees C for 1-2 hours,mixing 2/3 mass of silicone oil and graphene oxide, stirring the reaction at 40-50 degrees C for 30-45 min, mixing the reactants uniformly, stirring the reaction at 40-50 degrees C for 15-60 min to obtain a first reaction mixture, adding an emulsifier to the first reaction mixture, mixing and stirring at 35-45 degrees C for 30-60 minutes to obtain a second reaction mixture, adding deionized water to the second reaction mixture, stirring the reaction at 35-45 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain a third reaction mixture, adding a bactericide, a thickener and a surfactant to the third reaction mixture, stirring the reaction at 20-30 degrees C for 0.5-1.5 hours to obtain a high-efficiency defoamer finished product, putting the high-efficiency defoaming agent into a storage bucket, vacuuming it to form a vacuum or a vacuum-like state and storing in a sealed state.
