NOVELTY - Preparation of coating surface with cell outer membrane structure, involves synthesizing amphiphilic polymer containing amino group by solution radical polymerization of vinyl monomer-containing zwitterionic phosphorylcholine group and vinyl monomer-containing amino group, dissolving amino-containing zwitterionic polymer and glutaraldehyde in polar solvent, doping polar solvent dispersion solution of graphene oxide, mixing, coating mixed solution on surface of to-be-modified material, drying, placing in distilled water, heating and washing the obtained product. USE - Method for preparing coating surface with cell outer membrane structure, used for blood purification, vivo implantation of materials, tissue engineering, drug release and biosensor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of coating surface with excellent compatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing coating surface with cell outer membrane structure, involves (S1) synthesizing amphiphilic polymer containing amino group by solution radical polymerization of vinyl monomer-containing zwitterionic phosphorylcholine group and vinyl monomer-containing amino group, (S2) dissolving amino-containing zwitterionic polymer and glutaraldehyde in polar solvent, then doping polar solvent dispersion solution of graphene oxide, mixing uniformly, coating the mixed solution on the surface of to-be-modified material, drying, (S3) placing the to-be-modified material in distilled water, heating at 80-95 degrees C for 2-12 hours and washing with solvent to obtain coating surface with stable cell-shaped membrane structure.
