▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A self-powered flexible moisture sensor based on photovoltaic effect comprises stretchable flexible substrate. The flexible composite functional layer is prepared in the stretchable flexible substrate. The composite functional layer is blend of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and graphene oxide (GO). A positive electrode and negative electrode are prepared in the composite functional layer. The composite functional layer is used for moisture permeation. When moisture permeates composite functional layer, a potential difference is generated between positive electrode and negative electrode to form electric signal. USE - Self-powered flexible moisture sensor based on photovoltaic effect used for real-time monitoring of plants moisture information in plant growth process to determine plant growth status (claimed) in agricultural application. ADVANTAGE - The method provides self-powered flexible moisture sensor does not need external power supply system under the condition of containing water vapor in the air, spontaneously generating voltage, saving energy and protecting environment. The method can realize high-precision in-situ lossless sustainable monitoring in the moisture information of the plants, and opens up new direction for development of intelligent agriculture. The sensor is simple in structure, high in fitting degree with surface of plant and free of damage to the plant.
