NOVELTY - Pre-lithiated silicon-based composite cathode material comprises a micro-sphere with core-shell structure (2), which is loaded on the outer surface of the middle phase micro-sphere (1), whose average grain diameter is 1-20 µm, the average particle diameter of the microsphere with core-shell structure is 20-300 nm, the microsphere with core-shell structure comprises a core body (3) and a shell (4), which is covered on the outer surface of the core body comprising a pre-lithiated silicon-based material and shell comprises a carbon material. The middle phase micro-sphere is middle phase carbon micro-sphere. The inner core comprises SiOx, the secondary shell comprises at least one of Li2SiO3(lithium silicate), Li4SiO4and Li2Si2O5, Li6Si2O7, Li8SiO6and/or Li2Si5O11. The shell comprises a graphene. USE - The pre-lithiated silicon-based composite cathode material is used as the material of the cathode battery. ADVANTAGE - The composite cathode material: uses lithium battery having high first charges capacity, high first coulomb efficiency, high capacity maintenance rate of 100 cycles and low characteristics.
