NOVELTY - Preparing flame-retardant polypropylene foam material involves taking polypropylene, zinc oxide and zinc stearate, mixing them uniformly, extruding and granulating, and obtaining master batches of additives. The polypropylene, maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, graphene oxide and a flame retardant are taken, mixed them uniformly, and then extruded and granulated to obtain polypropylene masterbatch. The flame retardant is prepared by reacting spirocyclic phosphate dichloride, an ultraviolet absorber containing a double bond, and melamine. The polypropylene and foaming agent are taken, and mixed, extruded and granulated to obtain foaming agent masterbatch. The polypropylene masterbatch, foaming agent masterbatch and auxiliary agent masterbatch are taken and mixed uniformly, and injection molding to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing flame-retardant polypropylene foam material. ADVANTAGE - The prepared product has has excellent flame retardant properties due to presence of graphene oxide and flame retardant, and also graphene oxide can act as a nucleating agent in the material, which is conducive to uniform foaming, and the comprehensive mechanical properties of the product are also relatively excellent, and high practicality.
