▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Solubilizing allotropes of carbon leading to solutions of 1-100 mg/ml comprises: providing a solute of fullerene, graphene or polymer of fullerene (i.e. single wall nanotube (SWNT)); combining with a terpene, lactone, or alcohol solvent compound; providing a cavitation e.g. ultrasonication, where cavitation fails to decompose the media; and ultracentrifuging at 325000 g (relative centrifugal force (RCF)) for 1 hour or 12000 g (RCF) for 4 hours or a preferred 462700 g (RCF) for 1 hour, so that a characterization using photoluminescence or other optical spectroscopy yields a true solution. USE - The method is useful for solubilizing allotropes of carbon which is useful to produce composition. The composition is used: to produce film, gel, grease, coating, fluid or media (heat exchanger media, parabolic trough media, thermal energy storage technology media, electrical-thermal energy storage media); as propellants for electric propulsion, plasma jet fluids or magnetohydrodynamic propulsion; as electrically conductive composition for media e.g. batteries, capacitors, rectifiers, anodes, cathodes, conductive thin films, fluids or gels or electronic elements that employ electrochemical devices or dielectrics in electrically conductive solvent systems or dye-sensitized solar cell electrolyte, ink for jetting or stamping and printing of semi-conductive and electroactive polymers, and/or electro-optical coatings, inks or dyes; as electric or thermal composition media e.g. superconductive material or hydrogen storage material; as dielectric optical coating media for heat sinks, electrosurgical instruments, corona suppression or media for thermal spray resistance, media for electrical material (conductor or insulator), and media for waveguide; as photovoltaic composition for thermal energy storage media for UV-shielding and transparent-free standing electrochromic films, fluids, or gel or media for heat exchange, solar collector media, parabolic trough media, power plant media; a lubricant composition (oil misting lubricant, synthetic lubricant, turbocharger lubricant, turbocharger fuel, synthetic fuel or supercharger fuel); as electronic composition media e.g. LCD, electronic ink for reflective or transmitting display in mobile devices and/or solar panel or window, as window tinting film or paint or ink or dye, solar powered photovoltaic panel media, dye-sensitized solar cell media, or electron circuit material; as ink for printing, coating, and dipping, onto substrates e.g. glass, metal, electrode, or dielectrics; as fluid or gel or lubricant or media or thin-film for batteries, capacitors, rectifiers, anodes, cathode materials (all claimed); as identification dyes and heat-transfer fluids, fluids for solar energy power plants, antifreeze, electronic dyes, electrolytic fluid/solvent, electrically-thermally conductive material for electrochemical, dielectric, filler/adhesive for semiconductor, and liquid crystal coatings for touch sensitive transmissive or reflective displays; and in photovoltaic paint. ADVANTAGE - The method provides: fluid, gel, or film that is electrically and thermally conductive so that electrorheologic, thermophoretic, electrohydrodynamic, or magnetohydrodynamic properties are enhanced; metal oxide thin film or fluid or media or gel that exhibits superconductivity; heat transfer and phase-change properties; enhanced electrical and thermal skin conductivity, thus enhancing skin permeability and prevents binding of virus, bacteria, and fungus, their penetration, and/or development of infection; enhanced thermal spray resistance, and laser or electrical or magnetic resonance; composition of nanostructured material that undergoes hydrogenation at 50-100 degrees C to produce a hydrogen storage and trapping media and/or oxygenation produces superconductive properties, so that temperature, and liquid and gas, or supercritical-based type hydrogenation or oxygenation at moderate pressures of at least 4 MPa; and composition that exhibits enhanced electric or thermal properties which results in anti-cancer, anti-viral, anti-fungal drug delivery properties and enhanced electrochemical, dielectric and electro-optical properties.
