The pressure-reducing discharge port is opened while stirring. The free carbon atom and the carbon-di-oxide suspension liquid of the rated quantity are smoothly and rapidly poured into the settling tray holder, or the free carbon atom and the liquid carbon-di-oxide suspension liquid with the rated flow rate are released into the sedimentation device.
