NOVELTY - Preparing amine-reinforced graphene film involves extruding oxidized graphene solution through shaped die head extrusion device in the mixture of an amine coagulant and a reducing agent to solidify, reduce and self-assemble the solution to obtain film. The film is dried to obtain the amino-enhanced graphene film. The temperature of the mixed solution is 60-95 degrees C and the residence time is 0.5 hours or more. USE - Method for preparing amine-reinforced graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare amine-reinforced graphene film that has good strength and toughness, excellent thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing graphene oxide solution which involves: (A) preparing oxidized graphite by pouring graphite, concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid into water, filtering and drying solution; (B) repeating the preoxidation process 2-3 times to obtain preoxidized graphite; (C) placing the pre-oxidized graphite at 400-900 degrees C under the conditions of thermal expansion for 10-30 seconds to obtain thermal expansion graphite oxide;mixing thermal expansion graphite oxide, concentrated sulfuric acid, potassium persulfate and phosphorus pentoxide with heating at 80-90 degrees C, adding water to the mixture, filtering and drying the mixture to obtain pre-oxidized thermal expansion graphite; (D) mixing the pre-oxidized thermal expansion graphite with concentrated sulfuric acid at 0-5 degrees C, adding potassium permanganate and hydrogen peroxide to the mixture and allowing the mixture to stand; and (E) centrifugally washing the mixture with water to obtain graphene oxide solution having concentration of 1-30 mg/ml.
