▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Improving cracking of screw holes in fiber composite materials comprises 10-30 pts. wt. fiber matrix improvement material, 2-10 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.1-5 pts. wt. flubricant, 0.1-1 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-3 pts. wt. improvement additive. The preparation of fiber matrix improvement material comprises introducing 30-80 pts. wt. high molecular polymer, 20-50 pts. wt. fiber into mixer for pre-mixing in speed of 100-300 revolutions/minutes, and stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain the premix, (ii) introducing 1-5% premix into a hydrochloric acid solution and placing for 10-30 minutes at 40-50 degreesC, washing with water and drying, obtaining activation material, (iii) mixing activation material and three-dimensional skeleton modifier in ratio of 7:1, introducing 1-2 wt.% azobisisobutyronitrile and 3-4 acetone of the total amount of activation material, reacting at 75-85 degreesC for 20-30 minutes, and reaction speed is 100-500 revolutions/minutes. USE - The method is useful for improving cracking of screw holes in fiber composite materials. ADVANTAGE - The matrix of fiber composite material is broken because of the presence of the fibre, when the screw torque is too large, the screw hole is easy to crack. The lubricant can enter the material more smoothly by the screw to reduce the stress received by the material, and improves the cracking phenomenon.
