NOVELTY - Manufacturing solid dispersant with hydrolytic shell involves adding graphene solution into the reactor, adding 10-40% silicon dioxide powder, adding modified shell powder, stirring at a rotating speed of 200-250 rotations/minute for 20-30 minutes, stirring to obtain dispersing auxiliary agent. Connecting agent is prepared by adding maleic anhydride into acetone solvent, stirring at 150-250 rotations/minute, for 20-30 minutes, adding organic modified zeolite powder, continuously stirring for 10-20 minutes to obtain the connecting agent. Hydrolyzing agent is prepared by adding oxalic acid under the action of n-butyl alcohol zirconium, ring-opening polymerization with ring lactone, adding phosphoric acid auxiliary agent, adjusting the pH value to 4.5-5.5 to obtain the hydrolyzing agent followed by adding the dispersing auxiliary agent, connecting agent and hydrolyzing agent together into the reaction kettle, at 65-95 degrees C, for 1-2 hours, and drying at 55 degrees C for 30-40 minutes.
