NOVELTY - Composite foil material comprises a first metal foil material, an organic and inorganic composite coating layer and a second metal layer, the organic and inorganic composite coating layer includes 2-5 wt.% conductive agent, 30-65 wt.% inorganic oxide particles, 30-65 wt.% polymer and 1-5 wt.% adhesive. USE - The material is useful for current collector and lithium ion battery used in energy vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The material: utilizes the first metal foil material, inorganic organic composite coating and the second metal layer set in turn, avoids the generation of metal scrap when needling, and utilizes the steel needle that does not cause short circuit of anode and cathode, and improves the safety of the battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: 1. preparation of composite foil material; 2. current collector; and 3. lithium ion battery.
