▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves providing a addle shaped curved polymer template on a support. A solution of two dimensional (2D) material e.g. graphene oxide (GO), is flown through the template to form 2D multilayers on the template. The layers are separated from the template, where the curved 2D membrane is characterized by a hyperbolic paraboloid curvature and a multi-layered lamellar morphology, and the template is formed from a thermoplastic polymer or polyethersulfone (PES). The polymer solution is casted on a surface of a corresponding curved template to form a polymer layer. A polymer solution is casted on a surface of the template to form a polymer layer. The polymer layer is immersed in a non-solvent to form a coagulated polymer layer. USE - Method for fabricating a curved 2D saddle-shaped membrane (claimed) e.g. 2D material-based thin films such as GO paper, zeolite nanosheet membranes, metal oxide nanosheets, and transition metal carbides/carbonitrides (MXenes), for various applications. Uses include but are not limited to energy storages, stimuli-responsive membranes, acoustic transducings, flexible electronics, actuators, new acoustic devices, self cleaning membranes and soft robotics applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables providing a fast and easy approach for constructing the 2D saddle-shaped GO membranes with controllable curvature and thickness. The method is based on the development of new porous templates for the self-assembly of 2D nanosheets. The method enables providing self-assembly so as to provide the formation of a highly oriented lamellar texture. The method enables controlling thickness and curvature with nanoscale precision by adjustment of self assembly conditions. The method enables providing a new material so as to demonstrates a highly ordered nanostructure typical for flat 2D analogous. The method enables achieving robustness and ability so as to retain curved shapes due to the arrangement and stacking of the nanosheet of GO. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a curved 2D membrane. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a structure illustrating a process for preparing a saddle-shaped GO membranes.
