NOVELTY - The device has a transmission motor for driving an electrolytic screw to rotate. A speed reducing motor increases torque of the transmission motor. A positive electrode power supply input provides an electrolytic power supply. A positive electrode conductive slip ring is directly connected with the electrolytic screw. An external power supply negative electrode output provides the electrolytic power supply. A negative electrode power supply input is connected with an external power negative electrode. A material circulating pipeline circulates electrolytic material. An electrolyte circulating pipeline circulates electrolyte, and takes out material after electrolysis. USE - Device for preparing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The device improves speed of preparing graphene by electrochemical method, fully peels graphite raw material to improve a graphene product greatly, and greatly increases effective rate of peeling. The device has a rotating sealing ring for compensating a hole between the electrolytic screw and the first shell so as to provide an insulating layer for preventing leakage of the electrolyte. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene by using a graphene preparing device.
