NOVELTY - Preparing 2-amino-3-fluoro-5-trifluoromethylpyridine modified graphene oxide flame retardant silicone rubber comprises (i) preparing 2-amino-3-fluoro-5-trifluoromethylpyridine modified graphene oxide flame retardant auxiliary agent, then preparing 2-amino-3-fluoro-5-trifluoromethylpyridine modified graphene oxide by adding 1 g graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing 200 ml N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone for 30 minutes, and 1 g 2-amino-3-fluoro-5-trifluoromethylpyridine for 2 hours, (or) reacting modified graphene oxide compound (I) to obtain N-methyl-4-(trifluoromethyl)aniline-2-yl substituted modified graphene oxide compound (II), (ii) pouring the dispersed mixture into three-necked flask, magnetically stirring at 100 degrees C, and refluxing for 8 hours, (iii) adding absolute ethanol to centrifuge, washing and suction filtering with 3-5 times, and vacuum drying the product at 80 degrees C. USE - The method is useful for preparing 2-amino-3-fluoro-5-trifluoromethylpyridine modified graphene oxide flame retardant silicone rubber. ADVANTAGE - The rubber: has excellent flame retardant properties, tensile strength and tear strength, and improved flame retardant performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing 2-amino-3-fluoro-5-trifluoromethylpyridine modified graphene oxide flame retardant silicone rubber comprises (i) preparing 2-amino-3-fluoro-5-trifluoromethylpyridine modified graphene oxide flame retardant auxiliary agent, then preparing 2-amino-3-fluoro-5-trifluoromethylpyridine modified graphene oxide by adding 1 g graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing 200 ml N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone for 30 minutes, and 1 g 2-amino-3-fluoro-5-trifluoromethylpyridine for 2 hours, (or) reacting modified graphene oxide compound of formula (I) to obtain N-methyl-4-(trifluoromethyl)aniline-2-yl substituted modified graphene oxide compound of formula (II), (ii) pouring the dispersed mixture into three-necked flask, magnetically stirring at 100 degrees C, and refluxing for 8 hours, (iii) adding absolute ethanol to centrifuge, washing and suction filtering with 3-5 times, and vacuum drying the product at 80 degrees C. The flame retardant silicone rubber comprises 100-107 pts. wt. glue, 10 pts. wt. reinforcing agent, 1 pts. wt. coupling agent, 10 pts. wt. inorganic flame retardant magnesium hydroxide, 0.5-2 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide flame retardant additives, 1 pts. wt. organotin catalyst and 10 pts. wt. crosslinking agent. R = N-methyl-4-(trifluoromethyl)aniline-2-yl.
