NOVELTY - Foamed wave-absorbing material comprises 60-80 pts. wt. polypropylene, 10-20 pts. wt. absorbing agent, 3-10 pts. wt. metal micro-nano particles, 8-15 pts. wt. fire retardant, 1-5 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.1-1.5 parts of stabilizer, and 0.3-3 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0-3 pts. wt. lubricant. USE - Foamed wave-absorbing material. ADVANTAGE - The polypropylene and metal micro-nano particles combined foaming absorbing material has good wave-absorbing performance, mechanical property and flame retardant property, enhances electromagnetic wave absorption, improves the polypropylene bead space impedance matching, reduces reflection of the electromagnetic wave at the interface of the wave-absorbing material, is beneficial for improving the mechanical property of the foaming wave-absorbing material, the size stability and flame retardant property, to satisfy of the market industry. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation method of foaming absorbing material, which involves (i) taking polypropylene, wave absorbing agent, metal micronano particles, fire retardant, compatilizer, stabilizing agent, antioxidant and lubricant; (ii) adding the above raw material into the high-pressure mixing pot, uniformly stirring and mixing, extruding the micro-particles by a double-screw extruder, melting, extruding and granulating to obtain polypropylene and metal micro-nano particle composite material; (iii) uniformly mixing the polypropylene and metal micro-nano particle composite material with the chemical foaming agent, after secondary opening injection molding to obtain polypropylene and metal micro-nano particle composite foaming wave-absorbing material; and (iv) using the forming machine to make the obtained foaming absorbing material into the shape needed by flat plate or pointed cone and so on, drying and cooling, and testing the material performance.
