NOVELTY - A self-cleaning aqueous ceramic three-dimensional printing ink comprises color slurry (A) and diluting agent (B) in weight ratio of 1:1. The color slurry (A) comprises 40-45 wt.% ceramic pigment, 2-8 wt.% resin, 10-18 wt.% propylene glycol, 15-30 wt.% water, 10-20 wt.% dispersant, 0.3-5 wt.% silane coupling agent, and 0.05-0.5 wt.% defoaming agent. The diluting agent (B) comprises 50-60 wt.% ethylene glycol, 30-35 wt.% water, 0.5-10 wt.% sodium citrate, 0.5-5 wt.% pH regulator, 0-1 wt.% graphene, and 2-5 wt.% functional powder. USE - Self-cleaning aqueous ceramic three-dimensional printing ink (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The self-cleaning aqueous ceramic three-dimensional printing ink has broad-spectrum, efficient anti-fouling antibacterial property, excellent antifouling antibacterial stability, weather resistance and abrasion resistance, and prolonged service life, does not generate uncomfortable odors, and is non-toxic and non-stimulative. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A self-cleaning aqueous ceramic three-dimensional printing ink comprises color slurry (A) and diluting agent (B) in weight ratio of 1:1. The color slurry (A) comprises 40-45 wt.% ceramic pigment, 2-8 wt.% resin, 10-18 wt.% propylene glycol, 15-30 wt.% water, 10-20 wt.% dispersant, 0.3-5 wt.% silane coupling agent, and 0.05-0.5 wt.% defoaming agent. The diluting agent (B) comprises 50-60 wt.% ethylene glycol, 30-35 wt.% water, 0.5-10 wt.% sodium citrate, 0.5-5 wt.% pH regulator, 0-1 wt.% graphene, and 2-5 wt.% functional powder. The functional powder comprises rare earth composite phosphate, graphene/titanium dioxide powder and inorganic antibacterial agent in weight ratio of (2-3):(1-3):(0-2). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation method of self-cleaning aqueous ceramic three-dimensional printing ink, involves (1) ultrasonically stirring graphene, ultrasonically vibrating with 1000 kW, stirring at centrifugal speed of 1500 rpm, dispersing in ethanol to obtain graphene dispersion liquid, adding nano titanium dioxide powder to 100 ml ethanol, ultrasonically vibrating with 1000 kW, stirring at centrifuging speed of 1500 rpm, and dispersing for 90 minutes under to obtain titanium dioxide dispersion, dripping titanium dioxide dispersion into graphene dispersion, ultrasonically processing with 100 kW for 90 minutes, filtering, and drying to obtain graphene/titanium dioxide powder, where the weight ratio of graphene and titanium dioxide is 1:5 and the average particle size of nano titanium dioxide powder is 10-20 nm, (2) placing the coloring material in UV region, controlling the UV light source irradiance to 200-300 W/m2 for 30-60 minutes, adding functional powder to oven, and microwave processing for 1-10 minutes with 700-1000 W microwave power, (3) dispersing the raw materials with a high speed mixer for 30-60 minutes, adding the dispersed mixed liquid into a grinder, and grinding for 8-12 hours to obtain color slurry (A) having particle size distribution of less than or equal to 1 mu m, (4) mixing the components, and stirring using a high-speed mixer to obtain diluting agent (B), and (5) uniformly mixing color slurry (A) and diluting agent (B) in weight ratio of 1:1 in a high-speed stirrer, ultrasonically dispersing for 2 hours, and filtering.
