NOVELTY - A low-reflection graphene (1) comprises a graphene layer (13) having a surface parallel to a direction (L1), and a graphene layer (15) connected to the layer (13) and orientated in direction (L2) which intersects the direction (L1). Layer (13) and layer (15) forms a recessed portion. The low-reflection graphene has an all-light-rays reflectance of 1.5% or less in wavelength of 200-2000 nm. USE - Low-reflection graphene is used for cylindrical base material of optical component, electroconductive low-reflection film of display apparatus and wall surface of noise reduction wall (all claimed). Uses include but are not limited to electromagnetic wave communication, microscope, telescope and camera. ADVANTAGE - The low-reflectance graphene has low all-light-rays reflectance, high light absorption rate and excellent mechanical strength.
