▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The substrate has a polymer substrate laminated a barrier and a graphene film. The barrier is selected as a polymethylmethacrylate film or a Poly dimethyl siloxane film. An outer surface of the polymer substrate is provided with an electrode layer. Total thickness of the barrier and the Graphene film is determined for about 20 to 100 mm. The polymer substrate is made of polyethylene napthalate, Polyethylene terephthalate, polyimide, modified polyethylene, modified Polyethylene terephthalate and modified polyimide. USE - Flexible substrate composite structure for use in an organic LED (OLED) device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The structure has better hydrophobic and water-proof property of the barrier and the graphene layer so as to improve water-oxygen barrier effect of the polymer substrate and graphene radiating performance. The structure reduces temperature gradient so as to improve comprehensive performance, reliability and photoelectric efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a flexible substrate composite structure manufacturing method.
