NOVELTY - A diaminobenzene functionalized graphene nano-material compound (I), is new. USE - New diaminobenzene functionalized graphene nano-material compound is used as flame retardant for polymer matrix nano-composite. ADVANTAGE - The diaminobenzene functionalized graphene nano-material compound having excellent thermal stability, is manufactured by simple and economical process, with high yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A diaminobenzene functionalized graphene nano-material compound of formula (I), is new. A=group of formula (a); B'=group of formula (b); C'=group of formula (c);and D'=group of formula (d). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of diaminobenzene functionalized graphene nano-material compound, which involves preparing solid graphite oxide powder using natural stone by Hummers method, dispersing graphite oxide in dimethylformamide, obtaining suspension comprising 7.5-15 mg/ml graphite oxide, mixing resultant with solution comprising diaminobenzene in dimethylformamide in mass ratio of 1:10-10:1, stirring at 70-100 degrees C, vacuum-filtering, washing and drying.
