▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A titanium dioxide/reduced graphene oxide composite material is prepared by reacting tetrabutyl titanate, graphene oxide, anhydrous ethanol, ethanediol, urea and ammonium fluoride at 190-230 degrees C for 80-12 hour at pH of 14. USE - Method for preparing titanium dioxide/reduced graphene oxide composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product has grain diameter of 3-5 nm and good electric catalytic performance. The method has cheap raw material, simple operation process, easy to control reaction parameter, short process and low energy consumption.
