NOVELTY - Luminous printing ink comprises 20-30 pts. wt. graphene/filler material, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene/red phosphor/silicon dioxide composite material, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene/long phosphor/silicon dioxide composite material, 40-50 pts. wt. organic resin, 5-20 pts. wt. organic solvent, 0.5-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-3 pts. wt. anti-settling agent. USE - Used as luminous printing ink. ADVANTAGE - The method improves dispersibility of the ink. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing luminous printing ink comprising (i) preparing graphene / long afterglow phosphor composites: adding 1 g graphene, 100 ml deionized water, ultrasonic vibration at 800-1000 kW, stirring at 500-800 rotations/minute, centrifuging at 180 degrees C for 200 minutes, dispersing graphene, using 25-100 g long afterglow phosphor, adding 500 ml deionized water, carrying out ultrasonic vibration 1000-1200 kW, centrifuging 800-1000 rotations/minute, stirring at 240-300 minutes, to obtain long afterglow phosphor, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion at 100 kW for 30-60 minutes, adding long-lasting fluorescent light powder, carrying out suction filtration, drying and vacuumizing at 1050 degrees C, carrying out heat treatment for 30 minutes, heat-treating at 1250 degrees C for 60 minutes, to obtain graphene/long afterglow phosphor composite material, (ii) preparing graphene / long lasting phosphor/silicon dioxide composites: adding 0.5 g graphene/long lasting phosphor composite, carrying out ultrasonic vibration at 300-500 KW, centrifuging at 1000-1200 rotations/minute, stirring, dispersing in ethanol, adding water and ammonia, stirring, adding tetraethyl orthosilicate, where the ratio of graphene/long lasting phosphor composite ratio is 1.8: 1, maintaining pH value to 9, reacting at 25 degrees C for 12 hours, centrifuging washing for 3 times, adding acetone and deionized water, to obtain a precipitate, drying at 90 degrees C for 5 hours, to obtain coated silicon dioxide core-shell composites, placing under argon atmosphere, carrying out heat treatment at 800 degrees C for 1.5 hours, immersing in hydrofluoric acid, carrying out ultrasonic process for 5-60 minutes, removing silica, centrifuging and drying to obtain graphene/long lasting phosphor/silicon dioxide composites, (iii) adding 10-20 pts. wt. graphene/kaolin/silicon dioxide composite fillers, 5 -10 pts. wt. graphene/calcium carbonate/silicon dioxide composite filler, carrying out ultrasonic vibration at 500-800 KW, centrifuging at speed 1000-1200 rotations/minute, stirring, using 15-20 pts. wt. deionized water, processing solution A for 90-120 minutes, 1-5 pts. wt.graphene/red phosphor/silicon dioxide composites, carrying out ultrasonic vibration at 500-800 KW, centrifuging at 1000-1200 rotations/minute, dispersing, stirring, adding 15-20 pts. wt. deionized water, processing for 90-120 minutes to form a solution B, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene / long lasting phosphor/silicon dioxide composites, carrying out ultrasonic vibration at 500-800 KW, centrifuging at speed 1000-1200 rotations/minute, dispersing and stirring using 15-20 pts. wt. deionized water, processing for 90-120 minutes to form a solution C, ultrasonic vibration at 200-400 KW, centrifuging at 500-800 rotations/minute, mixing solution A , B, C, for 30 minutes, stirring at 60 degrees C, and filtering to obtain light-emitting ink.
