NOVELTY - Engine oil sealing fluororubber comprises 100 pts. wt. fluororubber crude rubber containing 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. a modified graphene, where the modified graphene is a composite nanoparticle formed by calcining graphite after the surface modification of polyacrylamide and coprecipitation by hydrothermal co-precipitation. USE - Used as engine oil sealing fluororubber. ADVANTAGE - The fluororubber can improves the existing automobile engine oil seal, greatly reduces the friction coefficient of the fluororubber material, greatly improves conductivity, greatly reduce the abrasion of automobile engine oil seal lip, reduces the lip temperature, prolonging the service life of the oil seal of automobile engine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the engine oil sealing fluororubber comprising using 100 pts. wt. fluororubber on the open mill, roller pressing 10-15 minutes, where plasticizing temperature of the roller mill is 55-60 degrees C, plasticating temperature of mill is 40-50 degrees C; after fluororubber into a banbury mixer, orderly adding 0.1-3 pts. wt. microcrystalline wax, 5-25 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. calcium hydroxide, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. modified graphene, 10-40 pts. wt. carbon black, mixing them uniformly, discharging, where mixing at a temperature of 50-60 degrees C for 12-36 hours, and processing the mixture for 2-3 minutes; placed in the mill, adding 0.5-2 pts. wt. bisphenol AF and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. BPP for vulcanization, carrying out vulcanization at a temperature of150-180 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour, continuously heating to 200-210 degrees C and vulcanizing for 12-24 hours, at last cooling to 60-80 degrees C to obtain the fluororubber.
