NOVELTY - A nanocomposite coating comprises 25-45 pts. wt. polymer emulsion, 5-8 pts. wt. cationic block copolymer, 3-9 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3-12 pts. wt. nano powder, 8-13 pts. wt. polyvinylidene fluoride resin, 5-8 pts. wt. iron oxide, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. strontium aluminate, 5-12 pts. wt. silica sol, 0.5-3 pts. wt. film-forming aids, 1-3.5 pts. wt. anti-fungal agent, 0.5-1.5 pt. wt. defoaming agent, 1-3.5 pts. wt. dispersant and 4-12 pts. wt. filler. USE - Nano-composite coating used for electromagnetic shielding (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano-composite coating has excellent dispersibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the nanocomposite coating, which involves weighing the components, adding nano powder, silica sol, and film-forming aids to the stirring device, stirring at 30-35 degrees C for 35-55 minutes, adding polymer emulsion, cationic block copolymer, graphene oxide, and polyvinylidene fluoride resin into the stirring device, stirring at 30-45 degrees C for 35-55 minutes, and adding iron-containing oxides, strontium aluminate, anti-fungal agent, defoamer, dispersant, filler and water to the mixing device, mixing at temperature of 25-30 degrees C, for time of 25-40 minutes.
