NOVELTY - Preparing graphene film comprises (i) adding graphene oxide to deionized water, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a graphene solution, (ii) spraying the graphene solution on the film, drying, winding by using a winding device, where there are two groups of winding devices which are used alternately and a set of winding devices monitors the weight of the winding device through the weight sensor when winding the film, cutting the film when the weight reaches the preset value by using cutting mechanism, (iii) operating by driving mechanism to switch between the two groups of winding devices after cutting the film, where the other set of winding devices that did not wind the film continues the winding work to form a coil, and (iv) passing the coil through a water tank containing a chemical reducing agent for continuous reduction to obtain a graphene film. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the production efficiency through the switching of two groups of winding device; and prevents the dust from polluting the film.
