▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacturing interior sculptures using polymer polyurethane comprises (i) forming a mold of a desired shape, (ii) mixing 10-30 pts. wt. mixture of isocyanate, polyol, and additives, 10-90 pts. wt. functional additive and 3-30 pts. wt. additive for improving the strength of the functional additive, inserting a cylindrical rod into the mold, then injecting polyurethane resin mortar into the mold to secure an interior space equal to the size of the cylindrical rod, so that the interior space can be filled with air freshener, raw stone or mineral stone, (iii) curing the polyurethane resin mortar for 4-8 hours, and (iv) removing the mold. The additive is a powder or liquid of Portland cement containing graphene, nano silica, kaolin clay, magnesium hydroxide, barium lactate and/or wollastonite. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing interior sculptures. ADVANTAGE - The method has fast working time, fast curing and odorless interior sculpture, thus reducing the sculpture production time, waterproof function and corrosion prevention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacturing interior sculptures using polymer polyurethane comprises (i) forming a mold of a desired shape, (ii) mixing 10-30 pts. wt. mixture of isocyanate, polyol, and additives, 10-90 pts. wt. functional additive and 3-30 pts. wt. additive for improving the strength of the functional additive, inserting a cylindrical rod into the mold, then injecting polyurethane resin mortar into the mold to secure an interior space equal to the size of the cylindrical rod, so that the interior space can be filled with air freshener, raw stone or mineral stone, (iii) curing the polyurethane resin mortar for 4-8 hours, and (iv) removing the mold. The functional additive includes shungite, illite, gelite, ocher, tourmaline, zeolite, bentonite, silica sand, silica, diatomaceous earth, charcoal, jade, cypress powder, herbal medicine powder, germanium, elvan stone, volcanic rock, elbaite, biotite, celestial ore, ceramic, copper, tungsten, calcium carbonate, terrazzo, quartz, volcanic stone, stone powder and/or pozzolan. The strength-enhancing additive includes glass fiber, super concrete, Portland cement, fly ash, silica fume, silver nano, graphene and/or carbon fiber chip.
