NOVELTY - Preparing elastic antibacterial composite fiber comprises (i) adding poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate powder into oxygen plasma processor, and using oxygen plasma technology to make the PHBV surface carboxylation to obtain surface carboxylation poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate; (ii) dispersing copper oxide nano particles into alcohol solvent, and dropping carboxy silane coupling agent for surface modification to obtain carboxylated copper oxide nano particles; (iii) mixing the surface carboxylated poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate obtained in step (i) and the copper oxide nano-particle modified by carboxy silane coupling agent and Spandexslice in step (ii), mixing and extruding by an extruding device to obtain master batch A; (iv) dispersing the oxidized graphene in water, preparing the pH value to 8-9 of the graphene suspension. USE - The method is useful for preparing elastic antibacterial composite fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method obtains fiber with good antibacterial and antiviral, and environmentally-friendly, efficiently finishes the granulating and drying process, and solves the technical problem that the extruded particles are combined into a group due to high temperature.
