NOVELTY - Oil and corrosion resistant heel standard material comprises 40-60 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 20-40 pts. wt. neoprene, 15-25 pts. wt. natural rubber, 1-4 pts. wt. stearic acid, 5-8 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 1-4 pts. wt. sulfur, 3-6 pts. wt. accelerator, 5-10 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 5-10 pts. wt. reinforcing agent and 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Used as oil and corrosion resistant heel standard material. ADVANTAGE - The oil and corrosion resistant heel standard material has large tensile strength, very strong oil resistance, strong acid and alkali corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing a oil and corrosion resistant heel standard material, comprising (1) adding nitrile rubber, neoprene, natural rubber, stearic acid, polyethylene glycol, accelerator and compatibilizer into internal mixer, and banburying at 90-120 degrees C for 40-60 seconds, (2) adding reinforcing agent and antioxidant to internal mixer to continue banburying, and then dividing into 3 times of lifting bolt cleaning banburying for every 40-60 seconds for one time lifting bolt, (3) continuing mixing for 50-80 seconds after lifting bolt is cleaned, and then discharging the glue at 120-160 degrees C to obtain rubber material, (4) placing the rubber material for 10-15 hours, then placing on a double-roll mill with roller pitch of 0.5-1 mm for mixing at 50-80 degrees C, mixing uniformly, and producing uniform sheet shaped sheet, and (5) placing the rubber material prepared in step (iv) on a two-roll mill to reheat uniformly, then adding sulfur to vulcanize and obtaining the heel standard material after vulcanizing.
