NOVELTY - High performance resin-based adhesive comprises 10-30 pts. wt. bismaleimide resin, 15-45 pts. wt. polyimide modified epoxy resin, 15-45 pts. wt. end hydroxy liquid polybutadiene rubber, 1-10 pts. wt. organosilicone rubber, 10-15 pts. wt. end isocyanatebased polyurethane, 20-60 pts. wt. amine curing agent, 05-1.5 pts. wt. curing accelerator, 1-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, and 5-30 pts. wt. filler. USE - The adhesive is useful in metal base material, glass fiber base material, polyester base material, polyimide base material, ceramic base material or carbon fiber base material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The adhesive: has good base material bonding strength, peeling strength, weather resistance, impact strength, high and low temperature resistance and chemical resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high performance resin-based adhesive comprising mixing bismaleimide resin, polyimide modified epoxy resin, terminal hydroxy liquid polybutadiene rubber, organosilicone rubber, end isocyanate-terminated polyurethane and coupling agent, heating to 100-100degrees Celsius, stirring for 1-6 hours, cooling to room temperature, adding filler, mixing uniformly to obtain the A component, uniformly mixing the amine curing agent and the curing accelerator to obtain the component B, and curing the component A and component.
