NOVELTY - A gypsum-based dry-mix moisture-proof and crack-resistant mortar comprises 60-70 pts. wt. phosphogypsum, 5-10 pts. wt. filler, 5-10 pts. wt. fine sand, 5-15 pts. wt. cement, 1-2 pts. wt. slaked lime and 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. retarder. The filler comprises diatomaceous earth and a paraffin wax emulsion in a mass ratio of 2-3:1-2. The paraffin wax emulsion is a rosin-modified liquid paraffin. USE - Gypsum-based dry-mix moisture-proof and crack-resistant mortar used as binder for building material for base or wall masonry, block material and plastering material. ADVANTAGE - The gypsum-based dry-mix moisture-proof and crack-resistant mortar has good water vapor isolation effect, and is not easy to crack.
