▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Fluorinated graphene modified titanium dioxide material comprises fluorinated graphene, and 55-98%, preferably 70-94% titanium dioxide of overall material. USE - The modified titanium dioxide material is useful as an electrode active material in a negative electrode of a lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified titanium dioxide material greatly reduces the resistance of electron conduction, improves the rate performance of titanium dioxide materials, and fluorine atoms are fully doped into the crystal lattice of titanium dioxide, and improves lithium ion diffusion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the modified titanium dioxide material, involving (i) mixing 40-90 parts mass organic alcohol, 1-3 parts mass acetic acid, 0.1-6 parts mass deionized water, and 0.1-5 parts mass fluorinated graphene into a uniform liquid, and (ii) adding 1-20 times, preferably 4-10 times organic titanium compound to the above liquid and stirring for 0.5-10 hours, preferably 1.5-6 hours, stopping stirring, filtering, centrifuging or evaporating the liquid to obtain mesophase, and calcining the mesophase at 300-1000 degrees C, preferably 400-850 degrees C under an inert atmosphere gas for 1-24 hours, preferably 3-12 hours into powder material after cooling.
