▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene composite foam, comprises 40-60 pts. wt. highly reactive polyether polyol, 8-16 pts. wt. polymer polyol, 1-2.5 pts. wt. modified graphene, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. silicone oil, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 0.5-1.0 pts. wt. foaming agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. catalyst, 0.5-1 pts. wt. flame complexing agent, 0.8-1.6 pts. wt. foam stabilizer. The weight of graphene composite foam is 60-85 kg/m3, and the compression strength of foam is 22-28 kPa. The surface of the composite foam is covered with polyurethane waterproof film and is pasted on the surface of the metal base material using epoxy glue. USE - The graphene composite foam is useful in automobile interior trim, insole, cushion, pillow, mattress, clothes and wall sound insulation. ADVANTAGE - The composite foam is environment-friendly and flame resistant, produces less odor, requires low volatile organic compounds (VOC), and solves the problem of easy masking of microorganisms, and has high rebound resilience and high hardness of sponge. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for processing graphene composite foam, comprising: (a) preprocessing by drying highly reactive polyether polyol, polymer polyol, modified graphene, silicone oil, crosslinking agent, foaming agent, catalyst, flame complex agent and foam stabilizer at 100℃ for 8 hours; (b) melting and mixing highly reactive polyether polyol, silicone oil, crosslinking agent and catalyst at 120℃ and rotating speed of 30 revolutions/minute in a mixer for 5 minutes; and (c) pouring into pre-heated mold at 55℃ for preparing foam, using high-pressure device to mix, adding modified graphene and foaming agent in the sponge foaming process, reacting for 30 minutes, adding flame complex agent and foam stabilizer; and (d) curing at 50-80℃ for 1 hour, opening the mold, and trimming to obtain the graphene composite foam.
