NOVELTY - Cyclodextrin graft porous rubber bead comprises uniformly mixing sodium alginate, cyclodextrin-carboxymethylcellulose graft and graphene oxide in water according to a certain proportion and then dropping into the metal ion solution to form ball. USE - The cyclodextrin graft porous rubber bead is useful in the process of biological catalysis of steroid medicine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rubber bead has high mechanical strength, good for repeatedly, reduces cyclodextrin loss, convenient for separating in the circulation process, high porosity, small mass transfer resistance, not only good for the fast contact of the cyclodextrin and the substrate, improves the conversion rate, shortens the reaction period; promoting effect on the enzyme activity in the cell and good cell compatibility.
