NOVELTY - Graphene modified rubber liner plate comprises 100 pts. wt. natural rubber, 100 pts. wt. butyl benzene rubber, 1-10 pts. wt. graphite, 25-40 pts. wt. carbon black, 35-50 pts. wt. clay, 1-10 pts. wt. sulfur, 0.1-1.2 pts. wt. accelerant DM, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. accelerator DPG, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant SP, 1-30 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant 4020 and 0.2-1.8 pts. wt. antioxidant RD. USE - The graphene modified rubber liner plate is useful for railway lines, bridge and railroad switch (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified rubber liner plate: improves the service life of the railway industry, which can reach more than 8 years; has good mechanical performance and small abrasion quantity; and meets the damping requirement of railway transportation field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene modified rubber liner plate, comprising (i) cutting rubber into 1-5 g rubber blocks, (ii) placing the cut rubber blocks in the oven, drying at 50-75 degrees C, allowing to stand for 40-55 hours, (iii) adjusting mixing machine roller distance to 0.51 mm, does not comprise a roller material smashing for many times, adjusting the roller distance to 0.9-1.2 mm, the natural rubber and butyl benzene rubber through rubber material packet process on the rolling cylinder, orderly adding graphene, carbon black, clay, sulfur, accelerant DM, accelerant DPG, antioxidant SP, silane coupling agent, antioxidant 4020 and antioxidant RD, mixing uniformly, adjusting the roller distance to 8-11 mm, thinning through many times, slicing, cooling to obtain film, and (iv) placing mixing process obtained film in the mold, using flat vulcanizing machine, vulcanizing at 160 degrees C, taking out the vulcanized rubber sheet, placing on the metal plate, cooling to room temperature, and repairing edge until the finished product.
