NOVELTY - The method for preparing graphene-modified elastomer polyurethane, involves dehydrating the elastomer polyol to water content of less than 0.05%, adding graphene to dehydrated polyol in a nitrogen atmosphere, adding isocyanate to mixture of graphene and polyol, adding additive to continue the reaction and carrying out the reaction in two steps to obtain graphene-modified elastomer polyurethane. USE - Method for preparing graphene-modified elastomer polyurethane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method weakens the force between the graphene layers under the action of high pressure external force, gradually depolymerizes gravitational force in agglomerated state by Van der Waals force between the hexagonal structure of the graphene and the elastomer containing benzene ring to achieve excellent dispersion effect, and ensures excellent heat resistance and mechanical properties.
