NOVELTY - Anti-aging graphene three dimensional (3D) printing material comprises 100 pts. wt. polyetherimide, 0.1-10 pts. wt. grapheme, 0.1-5 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.1-3 pts. wt. coupling agent and 0.1-2 pts. wt. other auxiliary agent. The graphene is graphene oxide microplate. The oxygen content is 30-40%, and the number of layers is not greater than 10. The microscopic size is 5-200 um accounted for 80%, less than 5 um accounted for 10%, and greater than 200 um accounted for 10%. USE - Used as anti-aging graphene 3D printing material. ADVANTAGE - The material: maintains the inherent excellent characteristics of polyetherimide resin; significantly improves its anti-aging performance; solve the problem of poor weather resistance of compound 3D printed parts; and alleviates the degree of temperature aging and ultraviolet radiation resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the material, comprising (1) drying the above mentioned components and drying the materials in proportion, except for graphene oxide micro-flakes with microscopic size greater than 200 um, and fully uniformly mixing all other materials through high-speed stirring, (2) melting and extruding the blend obtained in the step (1) through twin-screw extruder to obtain compound master batch, where the heating temperature of each zone of the twin-screw extruder is 340-380 degrees C, and drying the pellets at 90-110 degrees C for 4-8 hours, and (3) fully uniformly mixing the compound master batch obtained in the step (2) with graphene oxide microplatelets with microscopic size greater than 200um, extruding and pulling by high-temperature resin wire-drawing machine, collecting the wire into coils by winding the wire, where the wire diameter is 1.75 plus minus 0.05 mm, and the heating temperature of each zone of the wire drawing machine is 320-360 degrees C, drying the wire and vacuum packaging.
