NOVELTY - Preparing anode current collector with solid electrolyte surface treatment, comprises mixing 40-75 pts. wt. water and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. thickening agent, dispersing at high speed for 20-60 minutes, adding 20-40 pts. wt. solid electrolyte, and dispersing at high speed for 30-90 minutes, adding 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. wetting agent, and dispersing at high speed for 20-60 minutes to obtain the first slurry, mixing 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 50-90 pts. wt. water, and 0-20 pts. wt. solvent, adding 5-20 pts. wt. nano-scale carbon material, and dispersing at a high speed for 2-5 hours to obtain the second slurry, mixing 3-10 pts. wt. first slurry and 75-90 pts. wt. second slurry, adding pH regulator and leveling agent and uniformly mixing at low speed, adding 4-10 pts. wt. binding agent to obtain conductive slurry of anode current collector with solid electrolyte surface treatment, and uniformly coating conductive paste on the surface of the aluminum foil. USE - Preparing anode current collector is useful in a power battery e.g. lithium ion battery, a lead-acid battery and a polymer battery. ADVANTAGE - The method provides anode electrolyte surface treatment of the current collector, reduces the battery impedance, improves the battery long cycle, and improves the temperature rise effect of the battery.
