NOVELTY - Manufacturing multilayer tubular silicon oxide/graphene composite comprises (a) dispersing the carboxylated graphene oxide powder and a surfactant in a solvent to form a graphene dispersion; (b) adjusting the pH of the graphene dispersion to 0-2; (c) adding an alkoxysilane-based compound to the graphene dispersion and condensing to form a complex; and (d) heat-treating the composite. USE - The multilayer tubular hollow silicon oxide/graphene composite is useful for conductive insulation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The multilayer tubular silicon oxide/graphene composite has high surface area compared to the same volume, can maintain a low thermal conductivity having a high specific surface area and high mechanical strength, increases the production efficiency of the manufacturing process without the use of a separate reducing agent by bonding a carboxy group to the initial graphene oxide.
