NOVELTY - Preparing rotary orientation oriented thermal conductive interface material involves mixing and stirring thermally conductive material, polymer material and curing agent under a certain vacuum degree until defoaming to obtain a mixture, rotating the mixture, so that the fiber material in the mixture is rotated and aligning to obtain the mixture of the annular structure, performing shaping treatment to obtain an oriented heat conducting interface material. USE - The method is useful for preparing rotary orientation oriented thermally conductive interface material, which is used in electronic device, LED, microelectronic, communication field. ADVANTAGE - The method: ensures the thickness uniformity of the heat conducting interface material, and effectively avoids the waste of the material when slicing, at the same time, and improves the heat-conducting performance of material.
