NOVELTY - The electrode has a cathode air electrode main body formed with a catalytic layer and a waterproof air-permeable collecting layer. The catalytic layer is coated with graphene and nanometer silver. The waterproof air-permeable collecting layer is coated with nanometer silver to form a nickel grid mesh. Grain diameter of the coated nanometer silver is about 15 - 35nm. Mass ratio of the graphene and the nanometer silver of the catalytic layer is about 1: 8-10. The catalytic layer is composed with 3 -10 wt.% of a silver oxide and 8 -15 wt.% manganese dioxide. USE - Air cathode electrode for use in a water-generating metal air battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode increases carbon powder conductive of a cathode air electrode so as to improve conductivity of a water generating metal-air battery, and reduces thickness, dosage consumption, and has low cost.
