NOVELTY - High performance fuel cell bipolar plate base material comprises 15-30 wt.% graphite powder, 22-52 wt.% phenolic resin, 15-20 wt.% graphene, 10-15 wt.% modified graphene, 2-5 wt.% curing agent, 1-3 wt.% accelerator and 2-5 wt.% release agent. USE - Used as high performance fuel cell bipolar plate base material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has ultra-high electrical conductivity, so that the energy efficiency of the bipolar plate can be greatly improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparing high performance fuel cell bipolar plate base material comprising (a) stirring and mixing pure water, silane coupling agent, absolute ethanol and graphene to obtain modified graphene, (b) stirring and mixing the graphite powder, graphene and modified graphene to obtain the mixed material A, (c) adding phenolic resin in internal mixer and adding the mixed material A for pressurizing and banburying for many times, banburying to obtain the mixed material B, (d) mixing the material B, placing into open mill for rolling, when the material temperature is reduced to room temperature, entering into the crusher, crushing into particles and using a ball mill to grind the particles to obtain powder C, (e) mixing the powder C, curing agent, accelerator, release agent, placing into granulator to granulate and (f) using die casting machine for die-casting forming after granulating to obtain the bipolar plate base material.
