NOVELTY - Polyethylene (PE) multilayer barrier composite film comprises PE/adhesive layer/ethylene vinyl alcohol (EVOH) composite barrier layer/adhesive layer/PE which are laminated layer by layer, where the mass ratio of each layer is 5:1:X:1:5, X is in 1-3 and the total thickness of the PE multilayer barrier composite film is 80-120 mu m. USE - As polyethylene multilayer barrier composite film. ADVANTAGE - The composite film has excellent high temperature resistance, is safe and non-toxic, can effectively reduce permeation of oxygen, carbon dioxide and water vapor and has potential application value in the application of food packaging. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the composite film involving (1) dissolving weighed graphene oxide in distilled water to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion, dissolving ethylenediamine in distilled water to obtain an ethylenediamine solution, dripping the ethylenediamine solution to the graphene oxide solution with stirring at room temperature, reacting for 2-3 hours to obtain an ethylenediamine stitched graphene oxide solution, freeze-drying and obtaining ethylenediamine stitched graphene oxide, (2) preparing a barrier layer material by taking EVOH and ethylenediamine stitched graphene oxide according to the weight percentage content of ethylenediamine stitched graphene oxide in the EVOH composite barrier layer is 0.1-0.3 wt.%, pre-mixing EVOH and ethylenediamine stitched graphene oxide, adding to a twin-screw extruder for blending and granulation and preparing EVOH composite material particles, (3) preparing the adhesive layer material by taking 20-60 pts. wt. low-density polyethylene, 20-30 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene, 10-20 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and 10-30 pts. wt. ethylene-octene copolymer, pre-mixing, adding the pre-mixed mixture into a twin-screw extruder for blending and granulation and preparing to obtain the adhesive layer particles and (4) weighing the PE raw material particles, the adhesive layer particles, the EVOH composite material particles, the adhesive layer particles and the PE raw material particles according to the mass ratio, introducing each of the above component particles into five different feed ports of a multilayer co-extrusion film blowing machine, performing co-extrusion film blowing and obtain the composite film.
